Our client is growing very quickly, and as a result they are looking to take on an organised and enthusiastic candidate who shows initiative to assist in the operational efficiency of the company.

The role will be immensely varied. Initially, whilst the Office Manager is on maternity leave (4 months), you will be taking full responsibility for their duties.. The aim, following their return, is to move into an Executive Assistant position for the co-directors of the company.

You will be a vital asset to the business with exposure and responsibility across the organisation!

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing digital start-up that is reinventing the way businesses use digital marketing. Suitable applicants will have a strong desire to work within an entrepreneurial fast-paced start-up and be able to take on responsibility from day one.

Responsibilities
  • General office management: e.g. equipment ordering, returns, office presentation etc...
  • HR Duties: Liaising with Payroll on staff details such as contracts, P45’s, bank details etc... Staff holiday and sickness management, ensuring all is in place for new staff and health and safety issues around the office.
  • Drafting and sending out client contracts / employees’ contracts.
  • Completing supplier setup forms for clients.
  • Meet and greet visitors.
  • General Executive Assistant duties: e.g. Diary management, arranging meetings and taking minutes/actions during meetings.
  • EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ROLE WILL ENTAIL FURTHER SPECIALISED RESPONSIBILITIES.
