 They are looking for a confident and organised individual to join their close knit team as a Membership Services Officer. You’ll be serving all areas of their business and its members with particular focus across the Education Portfolio and the CPD Programme. This is a very varied role!

You’ll make effective use of database skills, website and hub management and electronic communications as well as;
  • Maintaining and developing GAI’s online Education Hub, using CMS skills.
  • Acting as the point of reference for students (and their managers) who require support/guidance in navigating the Hub.
  • Updating and developing the Institute section of the GAI website using CMS techniques.
  • Maintaining and developing the IAI membership database (including production and distribution of pro-forma invoices for annual subscription renewal). Produce internally and distribute IAI annual membership cards and website username/passwords.
  • Organising residential and in-house training courses, and undertaking all associated tasks.
  • In liaison with the Education Chairman, organising and planning committee meetings. Attending each meeting and producing minutes.
  • Taking responsibility for the maintenance and development of the RegAI membership database (including production and distribution of pro-forma invoices for annual subscription renewal).
  • Producing internally and distributing RegAI “stamp” and membership certificate.
  • Undertaking any other task that may be delegated to the job holder from time to time.
You’ll have responsibility for the day-to-day control of these business areas and all of the associated requirements. The aim is for all of these imperatives to be continuously developed, making best use of online and electronic communications.   There are two MSO team roles and it’s expected that you will work closely with the current MSO to develop operational knowledge of the other role in order to provide cover when needed.
Training & Progression
You’ll be trained up on all of the technical programmes that will be used, including CMS.
