You will be working closely with senior members of the team and assisting them on a daily basis. The role is incredibly varied and will include: researching the digital, tech and marketing sectors, mapping out markets and attending all important client interviews.

Responsibilities
  • Use industry leading technology to build a network of candidates
  • Register and interview candidates for specific roles
  • Accompany senior members of the team to client/ candidate meetings
  • Provide administrative support for the director of the company.
  • Manage role advertising
  • Achieve office targets to ensure growth of the company
Training & Progression
Appropriate training will be provided. Our client is committed to a developmental outcome-focussed approach with all team members. Once you have reached specific targets then you will have to opportunity to be promoted into a Recruitment Consultant position.
