In the role, you will be working across all aspects of sales and marketing. As a Business Development Associate, you will present solutions to potential clients, with the over reaching goal of growing my client’s presence through smart commercial partnerships with a diverse base of customers and increased sales. You will be multitasking across many different areas and projects. This is a chance to work at the heart of a small team of entrepreneurs and to get involved at all levels of the business. Your input to the overall company strategy will be welcomed so entrepreneurial personalities with initiative and drive are highly encouraged.

Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Driving university sales

˗ Identifying, reaching out, and convincing career services teams at top global universities

˗ Developing marketing collateral

˗ On-boarding new clients

˗ Managing relationships with existing clients

  • Growing on-line sales

˗ Creating content for our blog and social media presence

˗ Managing digital advertising campaigns

˗ Monitoring and improve our lead conversion and upselling

  • Supporting our product development efforts

˗ Gathering customer feedback and implementing improvements

˗ Creating online course material

Training & Progression
This is an excellent opportunity to expand on your skills within a start-up environment. You will be working directly with the CEO, a former McKinsey Manager, receiving direct coaching with lots of room to grow.
