Admin Support Coordinator
The Admin Support Coordinator role will be varied and will allow you to take on varying responsibilities which are crucial to the running of the business. You will be ensuring the engineers installing the smart meters have everything they need to provide the great customer experience Octopus Energy Services prides themselves on. The successful candidate will be someone who loves getting stuck in, is able to work independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • On-boarding of new engineers including co-ordination of company inductions.
  • Scheduling training and upskilling for our engineers.
  • Assisting with HR-related tasks (recruitment, absence management, payroll, expenses).
  • Assisting with Fleet management (scheduling of servicing & repairs).
  • Co-ordinating and assisting in the review and roll out of company policies e.g. H&S.
  • Provide administration support to the field operations team.
