We are looking for a passionate marketer to take on a crucial role within the business (reporting directly to one of the founders), to help drive explosive growth. Ensuring the communications team is in a position to deliver the existing plan below is important, but just the beginning. The right candidate would quickly identify the big, untapped opportunities and see ways to make our existing B2B marketing activities more effective, delivering greater impact.

  • Building the Instant Impact brand, making us a house-hold name in London’s entrepreneurial community:
    • Increase Instant Impact’s profile by organising and running events, working to improve our PR presence in both national and trade press and promoting the founders’ external profiles.
  • Engaging entrepreneurial companies across the country to make us their first choice recruiter:
    • Managing digital marketing including PPC, SEO and LinkedIn advertising to generate inbound enquiries.
  • Generating leads from start-up and scale-up businesses:
    • Optimise potential clients’ user journeys from first hearing about Instant Impact to getting in touch through our website
  • Implementing our strategy for on- and off-line for lead generation
  • Developing our B2B brand identity and according communications plan along with our Student & Graduate Brand Manager
  • Optimising our B2B marketing budget
  • Reporting brand activity to the directors, with acute focus on performance vs. KPIs and efficient Rol
Training & Progression
Full on the job training will be provided from working closely with the rest of the marketing team and the company's two directors. The successful applicant will also benefit from our structured career progression plan.
