Our client is looking for a highly ambitious, results-driven business development prospector who will be responsible for driving demand generation in a number of verticals.

You will need to test out, iterate, and execute a prospecting approach, acting with a high degree of autonomy. You will have to keep detailed records of your activity and be ready to contribute your insight to Business Directors, potentially attending meetings with high-potential clients.

Our client operates at the forefront of the fast-evolving global digital content world, so you will need to be able to anticipate and adapt to a rapidly changing and competitive marketplace, as well as ensure the client and marketing teams are clearly motivated and supported as they meet these challenges.

  • Work with the Business Development and Marketing teams to implement a robust prospecting function and process within the organisation, helping to train other prospectors in time.
  • Research and approach prospects within identified verticals, successfully achieving your completed phone-call targets.
  • Qualify potential prospects and secure face-to-face meetings with high-potential clients, successfully achieving your confirmed/attended meeting targets.
  • Use Salesforce to accurately record, manage, and report on all stages of the prospecting process.
Training & Progression
Our client's employees have the opportunity to carve out a niche specific to their skills as the company grows and expands. As you settle into this position, you will be expected to eventually take control of the prospecting function from end-to-end.
