As part of the Customer Happiness team you will be working in one of the most important parts of the business. You will be in direct contact with our bees helping them better understand their concerns and wishes and making their lives easier.

You will provide personalised assistance to our valuable community, solving problems and working to retain as many of them as possible.

  • Effectively assist the company's community
  • Maintain high levels of productivity and quality standards following set guidelines
  • Contribute to process improvement
  • Keep up to date and consistent in terms of process knowledge
  • Maintain high levels of engagement
  • Collect feedback/suggestions from the community and report/escalate frequently to your line manager
