Our client is seeking intelligent graduates to join their rapidly growing Customer Relationship Team.

The role requires the ideal candidate to work effectively across a number of teams and processes, providing an opportunity to learn about software licensing and software asset management within a unique and dynamic environment. The Customer Relationship Administrator will support an established customer base through valuable client-facing exposure, requirement gathering, data collection & analysis and the production of documentation and reporting highlighting the value-add service provided by the company.

  • Providing support & assistance to the Licensing and Service Delivery Teams.
  • Supporting regular licensing activities and data analysis tasks.
  • Assisting with the preparation and publishing of detailed reporting for customers.
  • Supporting the Licensing Lead or Software Consultant on license audits and vendor reviews.
  • Actively researching licensing practices and models to maintain industry standard awareness.

Throughout your employment, you will receive all the on-the-job training needed to learn the ins and outs of the business. Regular soft skills training is also offered given the customer facing capacity of the role.
