Our client is ready to revolutionise the second hand car market and is looking for an enthusiastic customer service agent to join a young, dynamic team and help them do so. The team is highly driven, forward thinking and places high standards of customer care at the centre of all it does. Your main responsibility is to operate as the first point of contact for their customers via telephone and email. You should be able to resolve customer queries in a quick and efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Ad-hoc responsibilities as required in an early-stage start-up
Training & Progression

You will receive professional guidance from day one through co-working with experienced managers and MD’s. Within this role there is scope for outstanding development and promotion possibilities, with a strong possibility for this role to turn permanent with the right candidate.
