Our client is an exciting business that is making a big impact as world leader in the field of remote integrity monitoring solutions in the oil and gas industry.

With a strong reputation for excellent customer support delivered by a dedicated, focused customer support team – the rapidly growing team is in need of a new Assistant Support Engineer.

  • Act as a first point of contact for customer support enquiries.
  • Provide remote support to customers from around the world via Microsoft Lync / Skype / TeamViewer.
  • Provide pre-sales technical advice and testing products before delivery to customer sites.
  • Provide office back-up for support engineers while they are on-site.
Training & Progression
Full on the job training will be provided by the customer support team. Due to the rapidly-growing nature of the business - there is extensive opportunity for the successful candidate to progress within the business. Natural career progression will lead to a field role, so a desire to travel and confidence to work at height in industrial environments is an advantage.
