Graduate Account Manager

Our client is currently looking for an Account Manager to come join their lively office! They are looking for someone to assist with managing call-outs to existing customers, following up on sales trips and assisting with the day to day running of the office. As an Account Manager, you would be talking to their UK customers (there’s nearly a thousand of them!) which include tourist authorities, historic places and trusts, museums, art galleries, hotels and retailers.


  • You will interact with existing customers via telephone and be involved in e-mail marketing campaigns
  • You will be responsible for building upon an existing client relationship
  • You will work closely with the sales team to help identify new business and close deals
  • You will assist with administrative duties to ensure a smoothly running office
  • You will manage sales reports for regional and yearly figures, and communicate with the team in New Zealand when required

Training & Progression
