Investment Team Executive Assistant

This exciting company is looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to provide essential support to the Investment (and Pro Bono) Team, reporting to the Portfolio Directors.

  • Offering overall support to the team (Excel, Microsoft Office, Outlook and Salesforce).
  • Maintain any administrative requirements for the team on a day to day basis & organising meetings / events.
  • Maintaining contact with new and existing charities in the portfolio and keeping the relevant databases up to date accordingly.
  • Maintaining Salesforce: entering data, producing reports and monitoring usage by other team members – training will be provided.
  • Help to identify and implement improvements to the Investment Teams’ administration systems.
  • Proactive diary management and travel arrangements.
  • Generating and maintaining records of activity, work in progress and chasing documentation relating to this.
