A varied IT support role working for an international consultancy, based in their London office. The role will involve working with the latest technologies in a mobile work environment as part of Global IT Team.

  • Understanding of standard incident and problem resolution such as using the IT Helpdesk to address end user incidents & requests.
  • Take on new challenges day to day
  • Work with Microsoft Windows operating systems, end-user client applications, professional business applications, and underlying technological concepts, including basic TCP/IP networking
