Junior Business Analyst
The Junior Business Analyst will act as our clients Salesforce Superuser and will be expected to drive data management, end-user training and sales reporting on the Salesforce CRM platform. The Junior Business Analyst will be in a unique position with visibility across the business; offering support and assistance to other teams based on the analysis of core business data coming from sales, marketing and customer behaviour. This role is highly data-driven but also requires a level of detail, care and entrepreneurialism to be able to guide the business to success over the long term and grow as the business grows.
Responsibilities
Act as the Salesforce Superuser

  • Ensure high-level sales and marketing data quality and accuracy in Salesforce and resolve any data quality related issues
  • Ensure that sales and customer data reconcile between Salesforce and our client space management system
  • Provide weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting support to various teams and stakeholders, including, but not limited to sales, marketing and events
  • Respond to ad-hoc data and reporting requests, provide support and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Ensure that all stakeholders have the required level of knowledge of the Salesforce platform by organizing and delivering in-person training and creating training videos
  • Be the first point of contact for requests for change/development within the Salesforce platform

Actively participate in business intelligence projects

  • Actively look for and suggest ways of improvement in analytics capabilities
  • Participate in data and analytics projects

Training & Progression
12-18 months contract with a view to go permanent
