Marketing Administrator (Part-Time)

A position for a 3 day a week Marketing Administrator has become available within the marketing team of the UK’s leading independent cinema operator. They are looking for someone who works well independently and as part of a busy team to provide support for a wide range of film and event cinema releases in the UK and internationally.


  • Preparing and providing full and sufficient marketing materials and assets to the company’s UK and international clients in a timely manner to enable them to market the releases fully
  • Carrying out audits of cinemas to ensure that they have received marketing materials and are using them to good effect
  • Helping maintain the company’s website so that the information on it is full and current at all times
  • Uploading marketing materials onto the company FTP site
  • Providing a level of administrative support to the Marketing team
  • Responding to marketing queries assets@ emails in a timely manner
  • Generating PO’s, and processing the marketing company expenses in line with finance systems
  • Undertaking any other duties which may be reasonably requested of you for the effective functioning of the team and the London office

Training & Progression
This role will give you great exposure to marketing within the film industry, learning from the group Marketing Manager and picking up new skills on the job.
