Marketing Assistant and Proposals Co-ordinator

Our client is looking for a bright, enthusiastic and vivacious graduate who is keen to learn and happy to turn their hand to a wide range of tasks but would predominantly be supporting the bidding/marketing of a 30-strong construction consultancy based in London.

Proposal development and Marketing
  • Daily OJEU (Official Journal of the European Union) and portal searching to identify relevant opportunities
  • Manage logins and portal access
  • Assist with preparation and coordination of submissions
  • Ensuring bid collateral is up to date including project sheets and CVs
  • Helping to set up an internal bid text and image library
  • Assist with updating the website and Twitter feed with images/news items
  • Compile client presentations
  • Assist in the production of marketing material including capability statements
  • Assisting in the organisation of client events
  • Assist Marketing Manager as required
Team and General Administration:
  • Booking transport, meetings and hotels
  • Maintain stationary, daily post, general office tidiness
  • Cover reception as required
  • Assist Office Manager as required with ad-hoc administration duties
