- Working directly with the CEO to hit the customer acquisition goals and build brand hype (social media, media campaigns, managing customer support, blog writing etc.).
- Creating new acquisition campaigns, testing creative and working with the ad networks to optimise performance.
- Reporting on the customer acquisition KPIs and communicating them regularly.
- Managing the social media and inbound service channels.
- Researching and thinking about innovative new ways for them to reach potential customers and spread the word!
