Office Manager and Finance Assistant

Our client are looking for an ambitious Office Manager / Finance assistant to help drive us to the next stage of growth.

Responsibilities
Office Management:
  • Reviewing company processes and ensuring that the company is working effectively
  • Administrative support to the Managing Director
  • Coordinating meetings with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Monitor company policies including insurance and health and safety
  • Managing the office facilities, including, stationery, cleaning company, phone lines, internet, alarm system, general maintenance and key holding
  • Assisting in maintaining the face of the brand in answering office calls, receiving deliveries and greeting visitors
Finance Assistance:
  • Raising Sales invoices
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Budgeting
  • Logging bank payments against suppliers
  • Preparing payment run (accounts payable)
  • Credit Control
Training & Progression
Relevant training provided as and when needed with increasing responsibility in the large scope of this important office function, as well as opportunities to work closely and learn from the directors, who are highly respected in their field.
