We are looking for a talented individual to develop their portfolio of serviced apartments and PRS properties. We are seeking an ambitious, bright, enthusiastic, literate and numerate person to support the accurate and timely delivery of the key functions of the Portfolio Development team.

  • Financial Modelling (full support and training provided) - Quickly and accurately appraise a development or operational opportunity - Understand their operating model and how this adapts to new opportunities - Report on modelling to investment partners - Use the modelling outputs to help write proposals
  • Data Analysis - Work with the revenue and finance teams to extract real time data to inform modelling and the wider business
  • Market Research - Quickly and accurately appraise a specific target market in terms of demand, competition and rental levels - Produce a succinct report summarising findings - Search target markets for development opportunities
  • Relationship Building - Create and sustain professional relationships with agents / investors / developers - Attend and conduct meetings independently
Training & Progression
Our client is fully committed to the training and development of all staff and as their team grows, there will be opportunity to quickly progress internally. You will be working closely with the Head of Department alongside the CEO, taking on responsibility from day one.
