The Rider Supply Manager will be responsible for multiple teams and directly manage team leaders and associates.   • Operational management of Rider Hiring Centres responsible for London and UK Regional Rider Supply.
  • Management of an office of multiple teams with 40+ staff
  • Responsible for recruitment, training, and performance management of Rider Supply Staff
  • Drive hiring associates on KPIs and sales targets
  • Operational performance management of the site
  • Management and implementation of rapidly developing recruitment strategies
