Travel Account Manager

Our client is looking for an exceptional account manager with outstanding personal and sales skills to join this entrepreneurial team. The role will suit a driven and ambitious person who is looking to grow within an evolving business with great career progression and excellent financial rewards. You will be managing a large, and high valued, client portfolio.



  • Negotiating rates and terms of business
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Advising and educating clients about the services and explaining the agreed expectations of them as members
  • Advising clients of their legal obligations
  • Managing client expectations
  • Maximising the value of accounts and ensuring we have up-to-date availability
  • Assisting Reservations Team with general property and availability queries
  • Liaising with Property Management Team to ensure maintenance issues are dealt with satisfactorily
  • Handling complaints and encouraging feedback so we can continue to evolve and improve our service
