Responsibilities
The role will involve working closely with Customer Service team and the Operations Manager of the following areas:
  • Facilitating the day-to-day schedules of housekeepers
  • Talking to potential and current clients and responding promptly and effectively to enquiries
  • Managing inbound queries and customer complaints
  • Managing the weekend operations of the business
