Instant Impact Achieves ‘World Class’ 3-Star Best Companies Accreditation

We are very excited to announce that Instant Impact has achieved the highest level of recognition from Best Companies, earning a prestigious 3-star 'World Class' accreditation for 2024!

This milestone follows our 2-star ‘Outstanding’ status from last year, showcasing the continuous growth and commitment we have toward building an open, feedback-driven culture. Our dedication to improving employee experience is a key factor in moving from 'outstanding' to 'world class.'

The achievement reflects the incredible efforts of our senior leadership team and the People & Culture department, who have worked tirelessly to listen and act on feedback from our team. We couldn’t have reached this point without their dedication, or without the invaluable input of everyone at Instant Impact who took part in the survey.

A special thanks goes to Angharad Callaghan and Louise Fraser for managing the project, as well as our executive team — Felix Mitchell, Rob Blythe, Benjamin Donovan-Aitken, and Pete Donaldson — for their unwavering commitment to improving the way we work.
