Your host is Lauren Bass, Partnership Director at Instant Impact, who'll lead the conversation alongside colleagues from NatCen - an organisation actively working through the Government's Disability Confident scheme and doing the hard work in practice.

We'll cover what most HR teams are still figuring out: how do you approach this without getting it wrong? What does equitable recruitment actually look like day to day? And how do you destigmatise the conversation internally - so it stops being the thing nobody wants to own?
