Lisa Kramer retrained as a Business Psychologist nearly 10 years ago. Once she had retrained, she worked in leadership consultancies, for the Association for Business Psychologists and a charity (that was offering extra wellbeing support into the NHS from the beginning of the pandemic) before making her way to Kooth.
