Our Approach to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion

Our commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion is integral to Instant Impact’s success as a world-class business.

We are proud of the inclusive culture we’ve built, one where everyone is welcome, and people are empowered to bring their authentic selves to work. We are committed to growing and supporting a diverse team, where differences in background, experience, identity, and perspective are not only respected but celebrated.

By encouraging a culture of continuous learning, promoting diversity at all levels, and embedding equity and inclusion into everything we do, we aim to create a workplace that reflects the communities we serve and leverages diversity as a powerful driver of innovation and impact.

We know we still have work to do on diversity, equity, and inclusion, but we’re proud of the progress we’re making thanks to our passionate team and employee-led communities - including our Diversability and Women’s Community groups - who continue to drive meaningful change across the business.

As part of our commitment to transparency and accountability, we will be publishing an annual EDI report to provide a clear overview of our strategy, progress, and goals. This report will also outline the challenges we face and the steps we’re taking to address them.

Our approach centres around strong and transparent reporting mechanisms that allow us to track, assess, and share our progress in meeting our Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion goals.

Our Diversity Strategy 2024 – 2027 focuses on:

  • Improving our EDI capability and awareness

  • Reflecting local diversity statistics in our workforce

  • Ensuring leadership commitment to EDI principles
