Our Approach to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion

Our commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion is integral to Instant Impact’s success as a world-class business.

By building and encouraging an inclusive culture, promoting diversity at all levels, and continually improving awareness and capability, we aim to create a workplace that not only reflects the diversity of the world, but also leverages it as a source of strength and innovation.

Together we will build a company that truly embodies the values of inclusion and equality.

We know we still have work to do on diversity, equity and inclusion, but we’re proud of the progress we’re making thanks to our dedicated team, and communities across the business, including our Diversability and Women’s Community groups.

As part of our commitment to transparency and accountability, we will be producing an annual EDI report which will provide an overview of our EDI strategy, goals, and successes but also highlight any challenges and areas of improvement, with information on how we will be approaching them.

Our approach centres around robust reporting mechanisms to track, assess and communicate our progress in achieving our Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion goals.

Our Diversity Strategy 2024 – 2027 focuses on:

  • Improving our EDI capability and awareness
  • Reflecting local diversity statistics in our workplace
  • Ensuring leadership commitment to EDI principles
