Antonia brings a wealth of experience helping companies to scale from challenger to market leaders and a lifelong passion for inclusion that matches Instant Impact’s commitment to EDI at the highest levels. 

Antonia was previously co-founder of PwC Raise Ventures, where she prepared early-stage companies for investment and connected them with investors. She is now working with Arosa Capital and the Arosa Foundation, which aim to address gender disparities in entrepreneurship and foster growth in women-led businesses. Antonia’s deep understanding of the scale-up journey and how to build the foundations of sustainable growth make her a perfect fit for Instant Impact as it continues to grow and enhance its offering.
