When we partnered with Octopus Energy, they faced a significant recruitment challenge: hiring high-quality Customer Service Advisors from a largely unsuitable talent pool. The high volume of unqualified applicants affected their service-level agreements (SLAs) and slowed down the hiring process.

Our goal was to streamline recruitment to meet Octopus’s demand for quality hires efficiently. By optimising the process and increasing the capacity of our talent partners, we ensured a steady flow of skilled candidates aligned with Octopus’s values, helping them scale quickly to meet their growth needs.
