After leaving Cambridge University in 2010, disillusioned with the talent offerings available to new graduates, Felix alongside our other Co-Founder Rob Blythe founded Instant Impact. Over the last 13 years Felix has grown the business from a Graduate placement agency to a Global Talent Solutions provider operating across 35 Countries. Always looking for a better way to do something, Felix is passionate about the power of technology to transform talent acquisition for the better and has gained a Said Business School, University of Oxford certificates on AI and business strategy. He’s a regular contributor to HRO Today, TALiNT, and New Thinking Magazine talking all things Talent Acquisition, RecTech, and AI.

Pete joined Instant Impact in February 2023, following a 12 year career with several Global Enterprise RPO businesses, most recently holding the role of Head of Growth (SVP) EMEA and North America. Pete specializes in leading multi-county, multi-discipline teams to successful outcomes and has joined the business to supercharge expansion across North America. Pete is an expert in solution design and deployment and has supported numerous clients in getting access to the talent they need to thrive.
